CYPERMOON SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & ORDER PREPARATION

Each Cypermoon order is thoughtfully prepared, curated, packed, and, when selected, may also be filmed as part of the customer experience.

Orders usually ship within approximately 4–5 business days after the order is placed.

Processing times may vary depending on current order volume, your order’s place in the fulfillment queue, personalization, special releases, preorders, and the type of Cypermoon experience ordered.

During busy periods, launches, promotions, or higher-than-normal order volume, additional preparation time may be needed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Please allow approximately 7–11 business days for shipping and delivery.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and current shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional or free-shipping offers apply only when specifically stated and may be subject to eligibility requirements.

MULTIPLE PRODUCTS & PACKAGES

When multiple Cypermoon products or experiences can be safely packed together, they may be combined into one shipment.

Some boxed experiences, larger combinations, or items requiring separate packaging may need to ship separately.

When a separate shipment is required, an additional shipping charge may apply.

For larger orders, multiple recipients, special packaging, or custom combinations, please contact Cypermoon Concierge before ordering so shipping arrangements can be reviewed.

PREORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES

Preorder and limited-release products may have their own estimated shipping dates or fulfillment schedules.

Shipping information provided on the individual product page for a preorder or limited release takes priority over the standard processing timeframe above.

If a preorder is purchased with other products, fulfillment timing may vary depending on the items included in the order.

VIDEO ORDERS

Physical package delivery and Cypermoon video production follow separate timelines.

Purchasing or selecting a video does not guarantee that the video will be completed or posted before your physical package arrives.

Carrier delivery times may vary, and your package may arrive before its associated video is completed or posted.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & REQUIRED PHONE NUMBER

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

Customers must provide:

• Full name
• Complete and accurate shipping address
• Valid phone number

A valid phone number is required to create certain carrier shipping labels, including FedEx labels. Missing contact information may delay shipment while Cypermoon waits for the required information.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the item and packaging and take clear photographs of the exterior package, shipping label, interior packaging, and affected item.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, or you experience another carrier-related delivery issue, please contact us so the available tracking information can be reviewed.
