Each Hidden Department has its own capsule color. The colors you scoop determine which departments you enter, while hand-drawn Lucky Numbers reveal your Pathways. No Pathway repeats within the same journey.

Video choices vary depending on the Cypermoon experience and current availability.

Some experiences may offer sealed/no-video options, short-form videos, confirmations, Spotlight videos, Full Reveals, or other available video choices.

Cypermoon reveal videos are usually posted approximately 3–4 days after your order ships. Your package is not guaranteed to arrive before your video is posted.

For eligible video reveals, please indicate whether you prefer to watch Before Delivery, After Delivery, or Have No Preference in your emailed Personalization Form.
