By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the information presented for the product or service you selected, including applicable personalization, mystery, video, shipping, cancellation, and final-sale terms.

MYSTERY, CURATED & PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCES

Many Cypermoon experiences are personalized, curated, pre-curated, or intentionally mystery-based.

Product photographs, videos, promotional materials, previous customer experiences, and examples may demonstrate the types of products, styles, or experiences available. Unless expressly stated otherwise, examples do not guarantee that another customer will receive identical items, colors, styles, characters, stones, Hidden Departments, Pathways, or selections.

Preferences help guide eligible personalized experiences but do not guarantee specific mystery selections unless a specific choice is expressly offered as part of the purchased product.

Individual mystery and curated experiences will vary.

VIDEO SERVICES

Cypermoon offers different video options. The content and scope of each video are determined by the description of the video option selected at the time of purchase.

A short-form, Remix, Spotlight, Confirmation, or other limited video should not be understood to include a complete reveal unless the purchased option expressly states that it is a Full Reveal or otherwise expressly states that every applicable item will be shown.

Physical order fulfillment and video production follow separate timelines.

Purchasing a video does not guarantee that it will be completed or posted before the physical package is delivered. A package may arrive before its associated video is completed or posted.

The arrival of a physical package before an associated video is completed or posted does not, by itself, make the purchased video service eligible for a refund.

Once recording, editing, or production of a purchased video has begun, cancellation or refund requests based solely on the physical package having shipped or arrived first will not be accepted.

Completed or posted video services are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Cypermoon determines that a verified fulfillment issue occurred.

FINAL SALE

All Cypermoon sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not offered solely because of:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Dissatisfaction with a mystery or curated selection when the selection was consistent with the purchased experience
• A customer's expectation of receiving a particular mystery item that was not expressly guaranteed
• A physical package arriving before an associated video is completed or posted
• Dissatisfaction with a video based on expectations beyond the scope of the video option purchased

Damaged, missing, incorrect, or otherwise improperly fulfilled orders will be reviewed under the Cypermoon Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Cypermoon makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe its products, services, promotions, video options, and mystery experiences.

Inventory, mystery selections, collections, and available options may change. Customers should review the description and selections presented for the specific product, service, or promotion being purchased.

Nothing in this Legal Notice changes or overrides a specific representation, guarantee, or commitment expressly made by Cypermoon in connection with a purchase.
